In July 2024, I received my certificate for Data Analytics & Visualizations from UC Berkeley, completing the '24-week intensive program focused on gaining technical programming skills in Excel, VBA, Python, R, JavaScript, SQL Databases, Tableau, Big Data, and Machine Learning,' with a 99.44% grade average.
Throughout the online bootcamp we completed 20 module challenges and 4 group projects, where I further developed my digital creativity and technical abilities into meaningful data visuals. Coming into this course, my technical background was focused mainly in digital marketing and website development. Although I was worried about my ability to learn the different syntax and tools necessary for each computer language and software platform, I quickly started to pick up each logic and and ways to improve the visual output for models and applications. This program not only taught me the building blocks and foundational tools for data analytics and visual applications, it developed a true passion and understanding
