Approached by client in June of 2024 to help improve visual design of website and overall digital presence with the end goal of increasing unit leasing and sales between both storage locations. Began project by first conducting a thorough digital marketing report, including an in-depth keyword report for storage facilities in Boise, ID, digital competition assessment, and necessary improvements for the website in order to see growth in organic ranking. This was then followed up by a deep dive into the current website hosting back-end, assessing the design and functional capabilities within the client's current set-up. Following multiple meetings with the web host client services and management, full design access was granted in order to achieve both mine and the client's visual goals. Within a month following the website restructure and consulting on best practices for SEO regarding both map and organic ranking, the client began to notice a rapid increase in call volume and website traffic, skyrocketing unit leasing and sales for Rocket Storage.
